WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders will be fulfilled on the day of ordering and shipped by Royal Mail tracked 24-hour service the following day.  Orders placed on a Saturday will be fulfilled and shipped on the following Monday.  You will receive a tracking number from us once your order has been processed.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

If you are not 100% satisfied
with your robe, we are happy to give you a full refund.  Returns should be

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY DRY CHANGING ROBE?

Your Snugrobe does not need
washed regularly.  If it gets sandy or muddy we advise cleaning the outer fabric with a damp sponge and hanging outside to air. 

You can wash your robe however when needed.

Washing Instructions:

  • Wash your robe inside out
  • Gentle or delicate machine wash at MAX 30 degrees or cold wash by hand
  • IMPORTANT: Use a non-bio powder
  • DO NOT tumble dry
  • DO NOT hot wash
